The product, in the report: Toaster Oven

I was using a Panasonic NB-G100P toaster oven that is 5+ years old. After toasting, the unit is supposed to automatically stop cooking. The unit continued to cook. I turned the unit off, and the unit continued to cook with the power turned off. The only thing that stopped the unit from cooking was to unplug it. I attempted to plug it back in, and the unit began cooking again WITHOUT the power being turned on.

Unit does not appear to have a serial number but has 505241 stamped on the bottom.
