The product, in the report: two slice toaster model #IM-210W
Bought a toaster online. The brand is Better Chef. The toaster model number IM-210W. Upon using this toaster the front panel became very very hot and my grandaughter burnt her finger tips when she touched the front panel. Reported this to the online company i bought this toaster from upon checking this item out they found the same thing a removed it from their site. This product should be recalled. I did some product reviews about this product from other major retail stores and one review on the [REDACTED] site stated they had sparks when they plugged it in. I tried to contact this company direct and can’t find a email or phone number. Please help me to get this product off the market as i feel it is a hazard
