I purchased a Rivel hand mixer hm-743 from walmart in Albion. Upon taking it out of the box tonight (Christmas Eve) my son plugged in the blades and then plugged it into the outlet upon turning the unit on he received and electrical shock and the mixer began producing a burning smell.
