Purchased an electric kitchen mixer on Amazon made by the company “Muren King”. Worked normally for awhile and then suddenly while my wife was using it one day she received an electrical shock when she touched it. I was also shocked. It appears there is some sort of electrical short that is occurring inside the unit. Have photos measuring the AC voltage leaking from the metal band that goes around the unit. Contacted manufacturer and they refuse to do anything about it, referring me back to Amazon who won’t assist because it’s outside of the 30 day return window. The manufacturer is still selling this unit under multiple names even after I provided them with photos and details of the problem.
