  1. Hurt, care not known

Made Nov 20, 2021, sent to the company Nov 23, 2021, published by CPSC Dec 8, 2021

The product, in the report: LiLpartner(R) Hand Mixer Electric, 400W Ultra Power Kitchen Mixer Handheld Mixer With 2x5 Speed - manufacture of record Zhongshan Canxin Electrical Appliances

Third or fourth time using the mixer and the beater it was observed one of the four beater mixing blades seperated from the main shaft. This occurred while mixing mashed potatoes and there was not a heavy load on the device. I did cut my fingers but the fractured edge is very sharp and no longer safe to use. It also appeared that metal debri released into the potatoes. WHAT A PIECE OF JUNK!!! FYI - the manufacturing process to attach the beater blade arms and possibly the metal substrate itself is substandard and does not last. I will notify the CPSC that the product is defective and creates a hazard to end users
