The product, in the report: AG Lucky brand countertop ice maker. Black model number HZB-12/H
Countertop ice maker (AGLUCKY model HZB-12/H, item Z5822H-BLACK, manufactured 04/2023) developed internal corrosion. Visible metal flakes are present in ice cubes during normal operation. This creates a serious ingestion and contamination hazard. Unit is approximately two years old and used and cleaned as directed. No injury yet, but risk of internal injury or metal ingestion is high. Photos attached.
