The product, in the report: induxtion hot plate
I just purchased a Salton Master Chef induction hot plate and it is great. BUT it has a very DANGEROUS HABIT: the pot I use, as the water is boiling, migrates across the glass top to a corner of the unit. I catch it and move it back to the centre. I’m worried that if I wasn’t there to watch it it might fall right off. There is no safety barrier at the edge of the glass top to catch it from “walking” right off the ceramic top and spilling onto the counter or the floor and, god forbid, a child or pet standing nearby.
