The product, in the report: Red Copper Five Minute Grill

I am reporting a very dangerous episode that occurred in my kitchen I had purchased a red copper Grill and was making an omelet, I have done this several times in the same fashion scrambled the eggs placed them in the product closed and secured the lid set my timer for 1.50 minutes and then proceeded to flip the grill to cook eggs on the other side and again set the timer for 1.50 minutes about 45 seconds into the process a sizzling began to erupt as tho pressure was building up and suddenly the top blew open and the eggs flew off into the floor. Needless to say I wasn’t standing in front of the incident or I would have been burnt by the hot egg. This happened and I thought well maybe I didn’t secure the latch so a few weeks later I did the same exact thing and sure enough it built of pressure blew open the grill and once again the egg flew out of the grill and onto the floor. I called Red Copper and they couldn’t explain it because I couldn’t remember where I purchased it. I have used this for omelets and pancakes but never have I seen anything explode such as this.
