The product, in the report: Presto TiltnDrain Electric Griddle
The grease tray collects all the hot grease and then when you pull it out to dump it, it falls out of the track because the plastic is weak and warped in.

Seen by a doctor or nurse Made Jan 8, 2016, sent to the company Feb 24, 2016, published by CPSC Mar 9, 2016
The product, in the report: Presto Electric Griddle
I severely burned the palm of my left hand when I tried to pick up my Presto electric griddle to move it from my porch outside, where I had been cooking bacon, into my kitchen. It was the first time I used it, and I didn’t realize it was completely unprotected on the rear side of the griddle, which is just incomprehensible. How can a grill that heats to 400 degrees not have protection on all four sides?

First aid Made Dec 26, 2012, sent to the company Jan 11, 2013, published by CPSC Jan 28, 2013
The product, in the report: Presto Cool Touch Electric Griddle
Received a Presto “Cool Touch” electric griddle as a gift. While using it for the first time I sustained burns to my finger tips on both hands. Seems the “Cool Touch” handles are only about an inch wide and when I reached under it to move it my fingers easily contacted the heating element. I cannot believe the handles are so narrow and there is no barrier to keep one from touching the heating element. Worst design on a piece of kitchen equipment I have ever seen.
