The product, in the report: Curtis Stone 14”Dura-Pan Non-Stick Skillet from HSN

I purchased a Curtis Stone 14”Dura-Pan Non-Stick Skillet from HSN on September 25, 2021. After using it a few times, in my house, the control probe began to melt. I contacted HSN because that is where I bought it from. They informed me that I would be receiving a replacement skillet, which they sent me. A year later I am having the same problem with the control probe on the replacement skillet, it appears to be melting again and smells like it is burning when in use.

I contacted HSN about the problem and they told me that I am past the return date. They told me to contact Curtis Stone warranty department. I did and they told me that I was past the warranty date and they no longer make the product. They told me that there is nothing that they can do.

This is an unsafe product and they should recall it before it catches a house on fire
