  1. First aid

Made Aug 25, 2015, sent to the company Sep 2, 2015, published by CPSC Sep 17, 2015

The product, in the report: 3 x 25Qt stainless steel warming buffet trays: * Adjustable temperature control * Power indicator light * 3 clear dome lids w/ spoon cutouts * Base can be used as a warming tray perfect for hors d’oeuvres * Brushed stainless steel finish * Cool-touch handles * Dimensions: 25” x 145” x 6” * 300W

On August 9th, I used MaxiMatic EWM-6171 Elite Platinum 3-Tray 2-1/2-Quart Buffet Server to warm-up meat in the tray. While I was placing trays to tray holder of the MaxiMatic EWM-6171 Elite Platinum 3-Tray 2-1/2-Quart Buffet Server, I cut my finger due to very sharp edge of tray holder. The tray holder is about 21 x 13 x 3 inches hollow rectangle shape made out of stainless steel. The thickness of the stainless steel is very thin, less than 1/64th inch and it has very dangerous sharp edge along the short side of rectangular tray holder.

The demo video was taken to demonstrate the sharpness of short side of edge.
