    Dear Sir,

I purchased a Living Collection 3 station Buffet with warming tray BCD992 that was delivered December 29th 2016. I used this defective product on Jan 1st and it destroyed my Butcher Block Kitchen Table. I purchased the product from Amazon and they said they are not responsible for the Destruction of my property. I am a retired senior citizen and I want to be compensated for my table.

I spelled an odor but I could not detect what is was until I pulled the tray up and found the damage to my table.

The bottom of the warming tray had a Big Round Circle on the bottom! I have several warming trays that I have used for 34 Years and nothing close to this has happened to me! on the 1st I also used a slow cooker warmer on the same day without any problem!

I hope with your help and direction I will be compensated.

I have enclosed a picture of this horror that could have burned my house down.

    Sincerely, [REDACTED]
