The product, in the report: Warming tray.
I purchased a Cusinart Warming Tray, CTW-240, in December 2010. I never had a problem with it until a few weeks ago -- April 28th. We were warming up some things for lunch and all of a sudden we heard a pop, then sizzling, then there was a terrible smell. I checked out the warming tray and the whole glass top had shattered. At first it looked like it all shattered under the top layer of glass, but then we saw that there were tiny shards of glass all over the counter.
