The product, in the report: coffer maker
(10/30/2016) The consumer stated that he was brewing a cup of coffee. He heard a crash. The cup had vibrated out of the machine and fell on the floor. The consumer brewed another cup of coffee to see what happened. This time the consumer saw the cup vibrate off of the machine.
No injures.
The consumer stated that there are reviews for the product online stating that the same thing has happened to others.
