The product, in the report: Black Keurig Mini Plus Coffee Brewer, purchased fall 2012
Our single cup Keurig coffee maker began spewing hot water and coffee grounds, while brewing a cup of coffee. I called the company and spoke with a customer service representative who walked me through cleaning parts of the machine. However, I am wary of continuing to use my machine, especially as I have small children in the house.
