    The product, in the report: GE 5 cup digital coffee maker

    I had purchased a GE 5 cup coffee maker from Wal Mart and the handle fell off shortly after.I purchased another of the same kind and it happened again. This would in my opinion be a major defect that could cause serious burns and even cuts from a broken carafe.Please see I have notified Select Brands.

    Dear [REDACTED];

    I apologize for the delay in providing you a replacement carafe. I currently do not have any in stock.

    I will get a carafe to you as soon as possible.
