The product, in the report: Coffeemaker

Caller stated that the single cup coffeemaker after 3 weeks of using the unit a very few times, it exploded and dispersed coffee all over the room and my face (right side). Fortunately no injuries were sustained, the coffee was spilled all over the wall ceiling and kitchen wall. She stated that the company and there is no contact. Caller stated that the product snaps to lock and that may have caused the pressure to build up which caused the incident. Caller feels that this product should not be sold in the US due the hazard it poses.

Indeed this product has no way to be contacted in the US, despite it shows an American number unreachable. It is sold by horrible Amazon.
