The product, in the report: It’s the glass carafe on the CRUX GG 14-cup programable Coffee Maker, available at Williams Sonoma Model Model #14982
I have a 3-month old CRUXGG coffee pot glass carafe from Williams Sonoma in which the plastic handle snapped off when it was filled with hot water, which then splashed out. If it had been filled with coffee, I could have spilled hot coffee on myself, children, or pets. I now see that this is a common problem with this glass carafe from 6 other reviews on Williams Sonoma. When I tried to post a review with my issue and ask whether this is a recall issue, Williams Sonoma deleted my review/comment.
