Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

Made Sep 21, 2023, sent to the company Sep 25, 2023, published by CPSC Oct 10, 2023

The product, in the report: The product is the Wonder Oven made by the company Our place. It is a small, square-shaped, muti-function countertop oven.

I have been burned several times since using the Wonder Oven. The burns are a result of the way the trays and racks are placed into and taken out of the oven. The notches that hold the trays and racks are insufficient to access without tilting. As a result, it is easy to touch the heating elements or the pre-heated inside door and have hot foods spill onto the user’s hands as they are removing items.
