The product, in the report: It is a Wolfgang Puck electric roaster with a glass top.
I was warming some food in the Wolfgang Puck electric roaster on the Brown/saute setting. The glass lid was on the entire time. It was warming for about 20 minutes. I then took the food out, & shut off the electricity to it, & unplugged it. I put the glass lid back on top of the roaster after unplugging it. In about 10 minutes as the roaster was cooling the glass lid shattered. It was not touched, moved, or in any way jarred. The glass lid just shattered. The glass pieces were drawn into the roaster as if the roaster developed a vacuum with the lid on it.

The product, in the report: This stainless steal Oven is 13X20X13. It is used as a toaster oven which has an additional feature. It can be used as a Pressure Oven. I use it to cook smaller items rather than heating up my much larger wall oven. The Oven works as it is intended but it turns back on by itself. I was lucky to notice the Oven was back on and had reached a temperature of 400.
I bought a Wolfgang Puck Pressure Oven on July 3rd 2016. About a week ago I was cooking a batch of cookies with my granddaughter. After the cookies were done I turned the oven off as I usually do but after a few minutes I noticed that the Oven was back on. I once again turned it off. As before the Oven turned back on by itself. At this point I unplugged the Oven. I called the customer service number (877 559-9747) but was told because I bought the Oven at Tuesday Morning they would not honor the warranty. There was nothing that they would do. I was surprised they didn’t want to know that this appliance could cause significant damage and potentially cause a house fire or even death. I can unplug my Oven when not in use but I am very concerned about other families with this Oven. I could not live with myself if I didn’t report this factory flaw..

The product, in the report: Wolfgang Puck 0.8 cu. ft. Stainless Steel Toaster Oven Model# WPCOB020
I received a Wolfgang Puck 0.8 cu. ft. S.S. Toaster Oven as a gift a few years ago. My Father purchased on for himself, my cousin and I from HSN. The past few times I’ve used the oven, there was an odd smell that I couldn’t really pin point. It smelled like maybe there was a piece of food possibly burning, but not really. Well, this morning, I was preparing waffles and I heard a poof, follwed by a glowing, but not in the interior of the oven, but behind the dials. I immediately unplugged the unit and had to extinguish the remaining fire. Model# WPCOB020

The product, in the report: Wolfgang Puck dual toaster/toaster oven Model WPTOT020
I was using the toaster section of my toaster/toaster oven (Wolfgang Puck) and flames shot out of the toaster. I pulled the plug and turned the unit over and shook it and thought the fire was out only to have it flame again when I set it down. I called Wolfgang Puck and they told me there was no recall on this model and then told me it must have been dirty but it was not.
I used it a few times again with no issues but then it flamed again.
I contacted them again since they told me they would check into their records, when I told them about the second incident they sent me a Fed ex label to return it and said they would check it out to see if their were any defects in it.
Should I return the unit to them as they did not promise to return it after inspection.
