The product, in the report: Waring Pro Convection Toaster Oven

Waring Convection Oven would not turn off. On/off light indicated off when we were finished baking but after two hours when we went back to the kitchen the oven was still on and extremely hot to the touch and both elements were bright red. We tried to turn it off at the on/off button but oven continued to heat at max temp. We unplugged it and are not using it now.
