  1. Hurt, no treatment

Made Aug 6, 2024, sent to the company Aug 9, 2024, published by CPSC Aug 23, 2024

The product, in the report: Val Cucina - Infrared Heating Air Fryer Toaster Oven, Extra Large Countertop Convection Oven 10-in-1 Combo, 6-Slice Toast, Enamel Baking Pan Easy Clean with Recipe Book, Brushed Stainless Steel Finish

What happened that made you want to report? --> Purchased a 10-in-1 toaster over/air fryer from Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0CDGDHQPW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and began using all the functions. On certain settings the button to turn off the oven gets so hot you cannot turn off the machine (last occurance was toasting bread after using the air fryer right before). I end up having to use a utensil to touch the button since I cannot touch it with my finger. It worries me that you cannot turn off the oven quickly if you wanted to since the buttons are extremely hot
