The product, in the report: The painting on the dials for the temperature, cooking function, and cooking time are rubbing off after two months of normal use.
The PowerXL Airfryer/Toaster oven has painted dial indicators on the face of the unit. The three dials control the cooking temperature, cooking function (baking, toasting, air frying, etc), and cooking time. After two months of normal use, the paint is rubbing off with ease. Without proper labeling, the consumer is unable to identify the proper cooking settings, therefore, leading to a possible over heating situation of the unit. I contacted the company service via email to report the situation. I received only a canned response of how to return the item, at my expense, for a refund/replacement. The company was less than concerned about the possibility of creating an overheating/fire situation due to the aforementioned issue.
