The product, in the report: Ovenmaster toaster oven Model: 03030 Series: D2069 Type: 010 Color: white
I have owned the same toaster over since the late 1990s. I have always unplugged my toaster oven after I am done using it. Recently, my toaster oven will turn on automatically when I plug it in. I cannot shut it off even if I turn the temperature to “off” or the toaster button to “off”. The previous toaster I had (same brand) failed in a similar manner. I contacted the manufacturer after my first toaster oven failed and they asked me to send them the end of the power cord and they sent me a new toaster oven, which is the one that I have now. I am submitting this report to bring awareness to the problem associated with this product.
