I bought a Nutrichef Countertop vertical Roasting oven from amazon. My first time trying to use the product it began smoking and caught fire. I was able to put out the fire before it got big but it burned my hand. When I contacted amazon they were indifferent to the issue then upon further review of onsite reviews I noticed that several other customers had reported issues with the product. Amazon knew about the defective and dangerous product but they kept selling it.
