The product, in the report: KitchenSmith 4-Slice Toaster Oven. “Only at Target” on the box. Model # LO100800. Item # 12074

The 3rd or 4th time we used our new KitchenSmith toaster oven, I baked a pizza at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. I took the pizza out but did not turn off the oven. Approximately 1 minute later, we heard a loud pop and noticed that the entire glass door on the front of the oven had exploded. Glass was all over the counter and on the floor. No one was hurt because fortunately, no one was standing in front of it when it happened. I took a picture of the oven before cleaning it up.
