The product, in the report: GE Profile Advantium Oven -- Microwave/Convection Combo
Convection feature of oven turns itself on and cannot be turned off. This happened some years ago, also, and I paid for GE Service to come out and fix. Fortunately, I was home, both times this has occurred, or my home may have caught fire. GE has a record of the last time this occurred as they sent Service. Most recent incident was 3/1/16
