The product, in the report: Galanz Retro 8-in-1 Combo Toaster Oven with Air Fry (Model Number: GRH1209RDMA181) color: red Item Dimensions D x W x H: 16.1”D x 18.26”W x 11.22”H
I purchased a Galanz Retro Toaster Oven with Air Fry (Model Number: GRH1209RDMA181) from Amazon for $81.57. After using the oven to cook food at approximately 430F, the oven door suddenly shattered when I opened it. The glass from the door exploded and scattered everywhere. Fortunately, no one was injured in this incident, but the glass shards could have potentially caused serious injuries to anyone nearby. The product was being used properly and as intended in a home setting. The incident raises significant safety concerns about the structural integrity of the oven door glass when exposed to high temperatures.
