The product, in the report: Frigidaire Professional 6-Slice Convection Toaster Oven

Frigidaire Professional Toaster Over Model: fpco06d7ms

I purchased this unit about 3 years ago. I noticed recently the toaster oven would turn on by itself (heat elements seemingly at max power). The digital display was not on, and the only way to turn it off was to unplug. Huge safety issue! This could burn down a house. I called the customer service line, spoke with a rep, and then a supervisor who did not offer any solution. Frigidaire’s product review site for this item has at least 2 other reviews with the same issue, making this more than just an isolated incident.
