First aid Made Apr 25, 2024, sent to the company Apr 29, 2024, published by CPSC May 13, 2024
The product, in the report: Emeril Lagasse French Door Airfryer 360. Metallic silver. 26 quarts (1519 cubic inches). Model # FAFO-001. 120 Volts/1700W/Hz. Rated power 1700 Watts. LED display. Temperature 75 degrees F. (25 degrees Celcius)-500 degrees F/260 Degrees Celcius.
While cooking, I opened right hand metal French door and the left one which opens automatically after pulling the right one, sprung back to close. When it sprung back, it burned the back of my left hand. It took several weeks to heal with first aid and home remedies. But it left a huge raw scar and damaged skin on the back of my left hand.

The product, in the report: Emeril Lagasse Power Air Fryer 360
Discovered today while cleaning, my toaster oven at some point recently had an electrical arc. Both the plastic around the prong and the outlet have melted and are burned. This seems to have happened maybe in the last week or so - there was no noticeable fire or smell. No one was injured luckily. This is an Emeril Lagasse Power Air Fryer 360

No incident, no one hurt Made Apr 21, 2021, sent to the company Apr 26, 2021, published by CPSC May 10, 2021
The product, in the report: Emeril Lagasse Air Fryer. It’s a toaster oven, essentially, with heat ranges from 160 degrees to 450 degrees depending on the use. It’s a countertop. Model # not on item
The Emeril Lagasse Air Fryer basket and rack slide out of the oven since there is no ‘stop’ in place to stop it. After using the air fryer (a toaster oven, essentially), removing the food can be dangerous. Neither the rack nor the basket have ‘stops’ that hiccup their slide forward. They just slide right out toward the user. This is especially dangerous if a person, children especially, are unaware of this design flaw.
