The product, in the report: Black & Silver & w/clear glass B&D Convection Toaster Oven 1500w Intertek 3073283 T23-5000069 (Rev. A) UPC: 50875 80558 9”x10”x16.5”
Purchased Black & Decker Counter Top Convection Toaster Oven from Macys at Vancouver Mall a couple years ago. m/n: T01675B 1500w, UPC: 50875 80558 It had worked great until yesterday- about an hour after I had finished cooking some buffalo wings in it. I went to close the door (it sits on top of my microwave oven which sits on a rolling stand in the dining room) to the oven and suddenly the glass in the door exploded into tiny pieces that went all around my dining room. The was no damage prior or no signs of wear other than ordinary use.
