The product, in the report: Counter top convection toaster oven

Last week, I bought a Black & Decker Convection Toaster Oven, Model No. CT04500S, Type 2. Our first use of the product was to toast some breads and that worked ok. Next time, we tried to broil some food. But after a few minutes, with a loud bang, the front glass panel exploded and showered the kitchen floor with hundreds of small glass shards for upto about 10/12 ft. It was sheer luck that there was no serious injury to anyone because we were about 15/20 ft away from the counter on which the toaster rested. This product should be immediately removed from the market before it seriously hurts someone.
