The product, in the report: The Baby Bullet BB-101 Baby food maker
I make baby food for my 5 month old in The Baby Bullet baby food maker. While feeding my baby I noticed a piece of gasket roughly an inch in length in her food! My husband then inspected the Baby Bullet, and confirmed that the gasket had indeed broken into pieces and was mixed in with my baby’s food. We then searched through the rest of the food in the fridge, and found more of the gasket! I did some research online, and found that this has happened before! I am furious that this item is still on the market! I read that one child even started choking on a piece of the gasket! Thank you for your time, and for investigating this incident! [REDACTED]
