The product, in the report: This is the Cuisinart (R) Compact-Smoothie Blender (SmartPower Compact Blender). Model #: CPB-300 Color: white Serial: 4091 0C

I am a reporting an incident regarding a Cusinart Compact-Smoothie Blender, which we have had for 2 years. When making a smoothie, one of the 4 blades came off during the blending process. My husband would have drunk the blade if he hadn’t noticed one of the small blades was missing from inside the blender. He used a colander to find the blade in his smoothie. He very easily could have drunk the blade in his smoothie and this would have been an incredibly serious health issue.
