The product, in the report: Personal Blender 500ml, USB-C, Ice Crush BPA-free PCTG cup, 304SS blades, 50W ice crush, USB-C rechargeable, 500ml lightweight. Juicing cup
The rechargeable portable blender experienced a catastrophic electrical short and thermal failure during normal use. The base of the devicespecifically around the digital display, function selection buttons, and charging portspontaneously caught fire and melted. The intense heat generated by the battery or charging circuit completely destroyed the structural housing of the base and permanently fused the USB-C power cable directly inside the charging port. If not for immediate, quick human intervention to isolate the device, this incident would have resulted in a severe structure fire. The failure has caused profound emotional distress and trauma to my household and young children, who are now terrified by the experience of a fire breaking out inside our home.
