The product, in the report: Shark Ninja Blender Model CT610
I poured a protein shake, frozen blueberries, a banana, and half a serving size of protein powder into my Shark Ninja ct610 blender. Turned it on smoothie, within a second the front of the container blew out sending drink mix and plastic shards straight at me. It went all over the kitchen and covered me. I have a small piercing of the skin on my chest from the plastic. Does not require medical attention at this time. But my chest feels like it had something slammed into it.
