No one hurt Made Jan 24, 2024, sent to the company Jan 29, 2024, published by CPSC Feb 12, 2024
The product, in the report: 1200 Watt High speed blender that includes a pitcher and a cup, each are supposed to have a blade.
I purchased a blender and right out of the box the blade piece fell off. And it is not possible to screw it back on. I didnt even think the blade came off until it fell into my hands. This SHARDOR claims 24/7 support. But they do not have a phone number or a chat. Just an email. I could have been seriously injured had I not bothered to clean this & it subsequently falling off in my hand. Imagine if a child just took this out of the box & Didnt realize it needed to be cleaned. They would have been hurt if the cup went flying because it was sent to me NOT securely attached and there is no way at all to get the piece back together.
