The product, in the report: Melii baby formula dispenser
Family was using Melii travel formula container with scoop included to measure out and mix newborn infant’s bottles. The scoop provided with the company had labeled volume of 5 grams. Infant was losing excessive weight and on review, scoop provided by formula company had volume of 8 grams. This is a significant difference in volume which lead to infant getting diluted formula feeds. Not only could this lead to weight loss but also cause severe electrolyte disturbances in a newborn.
