The product, in the report: Isagenix Isablender Electric Blender
IsaBlender became engaged by plugging in to electricity. Unit should only become engaged when cup is engaged and twisted to turn on unit. I contacted Isagenix and was told it was not under warranty. My concern is I cut my finger (mild) when I plugged in the unit due to spinning base. I was not happy with the lack of concern from the Isagenix customer service agent. This is potentially a very hazardous problem.
