The product, in the report: Oster Duralast Classic, Black
Oster blender Duralast Classic. While my husband was twisting the blender onto the base, a small glass shard broke off the blender and shot into my 9-year-old son’s neck. He was standing about two feet away. He has scratch marks but is otherwise fine. If the glass had gone into his eye or other location, he could have been seriously injured.
