The product, in the report: Cusiinart Smart Power Fuet; Blander/ Food Processor
While using a Cusinart Blender and mixing some fruit for a drink, the side of the blender container completely blew out sending shards of glass all over my kitchen. There was a large hole on the side of the glass container This happened without warning.
The glass completely blew across my kitchen into my living room. I did get cut with a piece of the glass but this could have been my worse since my granddaughter was just behind me when I was mixing. If she would have been in open next to counter she could have been hit in the face with the glass.
