The product, in the report: Boon Triful Baby Formula Dispenser On The Go - Insulated Stainless Steel Formula Containers with Stacking Design - Baby Bottle-Feeding Supplies for Travel - Pink
Im writing to report a serious safety concern with the formula dispenser. After very minimal use, the plastic component of the dispenser broke during normal handling. Small plastic fragments fell directly into my babys bottle while preparing formula. This created an immediate risk of ingestion and potential choking. This is not just a damaged or quality issue, it is a safety hazard. Products intended for infant feeding should not break or shed material under normal use conditions. I had to discard the entire bottle for safety reasons, and I am no longer comfortable using this product. I want to advise other potential buyers. Given that this product is used for infant feeding, I strongly recommend reviewing the durability and safety testing standards.
