The product, in the report: Has no real labels on the product, but I bought it from info@megamorningdeals.com on 7/19/2023. It was called a Just Mix Blender, and the seller informed me the manufacturer was called Belder. It’s a Blue plastic cup, with a thick lid that houses a battery and motor/mixer.
The Belder Just Mix Blender Cup was on the USB charger. I noticed the wire was very hot and I burned my finger trying to unplug it. When I touched the top of the product, I also burned my finger on the USB socket. It appears to me this device does not have sufficient protection against a short circuit. I had been using the product to make protein shakes. I was fortunate I found it, if it started to burn it was on a wood kitchen cabinet which could have resulted in a serious fire. I reported this to info@megamorningdeals.com, all they said was that it was too old to refund. I wasn’t looking for a refund, I feel it’s a dangerous product.
