  1. No one hurt

Made Sep 26, 2024, sent to the company Sep 30, 2024, published by CPSC Oct 15, 2024

The product, in the report: Purchase ecolution micro pop popcorn popper. Used it a few times. After using it notice it has cracked and glass chards were mixed in after popping. Would send pictures of original box and popper but I see I no opportunity to do so. What would happen if somebody doesn’t notice this issue and eats their popcorn and gets cuts and or dies from such an issue. Purchased from Meijer in Grand Rapids but didn’t keep the receipt because I had faith in your product. Now I rea ly don’t because of this happening. Going to complain to consumers affairs and any where else I can find to do so. I would ask for a refund or even a replacement but I seen your warranty about refunds. Unused and in same condition in box. In hope in with the complaints I am about to place everywhere. I hope it gets your company sued in case of someone or somebody who gets injured using your product. It shouldn’t be sold as an item that considered safe on the market for purchasing.
