The product, in the report: Rupiblic windows installed by city of chicago

My home was part of the city of Chicago does sound insulation program. I received the windows from the city via republic windows. These windows have been emitting an order that is worse when the sun is hitting them. Also five out of seven of my windows are defective. These windows will not stay up Or the top sash will fall in the windows opened. I am concerned about my family’s health and what is being embedded into my home to cause the smell.
