The product, in the report: Custom Window Replacement

At 7:22 PM a two-story double pane window in my home that had been manufactured by PGT Custom Windows and Doors spontaneously exploded resulting in shattered glass through a 25 foot area of my home. The window was just under 5 years old and the manufacturer does not stand by warranty. Reports of spontaneous window shattering has been widely reported in the news and comes from manufacturing defects..
