The product, in the report: The stickers to the windows were lost and the installers were unable to locate 2 of them. The stickers I have should match what I ordered, but I have a difficult time verifying it because they don’t really match up. The serial numbers are supposedly on the inside frame. I cannot see them; even with a magnifier.
I purchased Pella windows similar to the Pella windows I had purchased in 2016. The windows installed are not similar at all; even the one that should be identical. One window while attempting to raise it stopped half way and bounced back and forth. The lip of the window is thin and irregular. It removed the skin from my finger. All of the windows and doors have an unknown substance embedded into the seams that has contaminated the drywall.

The product, in the report: Home window units
In September 2018 I signed a contract with Lowe’s in Corinth MS for 9 Pella windows to be installed by Lowe’s installers. While adding on to house in March of 2023 one window was removed and there was congealed damage behind exterior siding. The OSB board was rotting as were 2x4 studs supporting window. The greatest damage was mold on insulation and wood. This was caused by improper installation as caulk was placed where it did not allow condensation to escape weep holes. Lowes refused to respond due to 3 yr statute of limitations I filed complaint with TN AG as I live in TN . Same response from Lowe’s. My concern is not structural damage as much as the mold which can pose severe health problems . There may be many with same issue but not aware as damage not visible. Lowes in Corinth MS serves three states in addition to TN there is also AL and MS. This health threat could cause those states to pay health claims in addition to federal health claims putting financial burdens on state and federal govts when it should be Lowes responsibility. Would like to get this matter resolved. Statut of Limitations should not cover concealed damage when it threatens health. Thank You
