The product, in the report: French Doors with Side lite opening windows
Window latches only latch up but can be easily opened by a toddler or pet with no safety mechanism. Toddler/Pet can fall out of window or run out of the door. Reported to the company and they said I cannot change the latch/lock as it will then void warranty on the windows - no replacement or upgraded latch avaialable.

The product, in the report: vinyl windows
The consumer purchased the window in 2004. The windows are on the sunny side of her home. The consumer stated that the glass in one of the windows shattered in 2010. On March 5 of this year, she noticed that the small slider at the bottom of one of the windows is cracked all across the window.
The consumer contacted the firm who advised her that they would replaced the window but she would have to pay for labor chargers.
