Caller is reporting that the screen door for the patio door is faulty because after installation it fell out on her great grand child. Fortunately there were no injuries. The incident occurred a month later after it was installed. The installer was contacted through email but there has been no response.
Caller is concerned that this screen door is a safety hazard and should be reported.
