The product, in the report: Info from Home depot website Impact Plus Model # BMS4068 Internet # 202533143 Store SKU # 640424 48 in. x 80 in. Beveled Edge Mirror Solid Core PlyCor Interior Closet Sliding Door with Chrome trim
I purchased an Impact Plus, Model # BMS4068, 48 in. x 80 in. Beveled Edge Mirror Solid Core PlyCor Interior Closet Sliding Door with Chrome trim at a local home depot and installed it in our bedroom closet. The installation was pretty straightforward and uncomplicated. A month after it was installed, we were awoken in the middle of the night by a loud crash. The glue that held the mirror on the door had let go and the mirror fell and shattered into large sharp pieces, narrowly missing my baby’s bassinet! To our surprise, the only way that the mirror is held to the door is by glue, even the rails that are extra supports at the top and bottom of the mirror are held on with only glue, no screws whatsoever.
